摘 要:采用热致相分离法(TIPS)结合冷拉伸制备不同拉伸比例的聚丙烯中空纤维膜(PPHFM),结合拉伸模型与力学性能测试分析拉伸比例对PPHFM宏观结构与力学性能的影响;采用SEM、孔隙率测试等表征不同拉伸比例PPHFM的微观结构;测试PPHFM的纯水通量和抗污染性能,考察拉伸比例对膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着拉伸比例的增大,PPHFM内外径减小,拉伸强度增大,最高提高200%。同时,内外皮层破裂形成大量微孔使膜孔隙率增加,对应膜的纯水通量大幅增加,最高达136.9 L/(m^(2)·h)。此外,PPHFM外皮层结构撕裂形成的微孔有利于牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的附着,导致膜抗污染性能降低。Polypropylene hollow fiber membrane(PPHFM)with different stretching ratios were prepared by thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)combined with cold stretching.The mechanical properties of PPHFM were tested by combining the stretching model to analyze the influence of stretching ratios on the macroscopic structure and mechanical properties of PPHFM.SEM and porosity test were used to characterize the microstructure of PPHFM with different stretching ratios.The pure water flux and antipollution property of PPHFM were measured to investigate the influence of stretching ratios on membrane performance.The results show that with the stretching ratio increases,the inner and outer diameters of PPHFM decrease,and the tensile strength increases,with a maximum increase of 200%.Meanwhile,a large number of micropores formed by the rupture of the inner and outer cortex,which increase the porosity of the membrane,and the pure water flux of the corresponding membrane also increases significantly,up to 136.9 L/(m^(2)·h).In addition,the micropores formed by tearing the outer cortical structure of PPHFM are conductive to the adhesion of bovine serum albumin(BSA),leading to the reduction of membrane antifouling performance.
