摘  要:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基体,逐步加入丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈三元共聚物(ASA)、ASA高胶粉和光亮剂,制备了高韧性、高光泽的PMMA/ASA复合材料,分步探讨了三者含量对复合材料刚性、韧性以及光泽度和表面硬度的影响。结果发现:ASA、ASA高胶粉都能明显提高复合材料韧性,但会降低复合材料刚性、光泽度和表面硬度;光亮剂能够在不降低复合材料刚性的情况下明显提高复合材料光泽度,并且在一定范围内可以提高复合材料冲击强度或断裂伸长率;当ASA∶PMMA∶ASA高胶粉∶光亮剂为20∶80∶10∶1.0时,冲击强度升至21.8 kJ/m^(2),表面光泽度为82°,获得具有较好冲击强度和表面光泽度的复合材料。PMMA/ASA composites with high toughness and gloss were prepared by adding butyl acrylate-styreneacrylonitrile terpolymer(ASA),ASA high rubber powder and brightener to polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)matrix.The effects of the contents of the latter three on the rigidity,toughness,glossiness and surface hardness of the composites were investigated step by step.The results show that ASA and ASA high rubber powder can significantly improve the toughness of the composites,but reduce the rigidity,glossiness and surface hardness of the composites.Brightener can significantly improve the glossiness of the composites without reducing the rigidity of the composites,and can also improve the impact strength or elongation at break of the composites within a certain range.When the dosage of ASA:PMMA:ASA high rubber powder:brightner was 20:80:10:1.0,the impact strength was increased to 21.8 kJ/m^(2),and the surface gloss was 82°,the composites with good impact strength and surface gloss can be obtained.
