柞树叶和玉米秸叶对东北梅花鹿瘤胃内环境的影响

摘　　要：为了观测不同粗纤维(玉米秸叶、柞树叶)来源日粮对东北梅花鹿瘤胃内环境的影响,将20头3岁公鹿分成2个处理组:Ⅰ组(柞树叶为粗纤维源日粮)和Ⅱ组(玉米秸叶为粗纤维源日粮),每组做2个重复,每个重复5头。预饲期1周,试验期2周。采集试验鹿瘤胃液,测定瘤胃中菌体蛋白(BCP)与氨态氮(NH3-N)质量浓度、瘤胃的pH值、丙酸含量、内毒素与组织胺水平等瘤胃内环境指标。结果显示,BCP与NH3-N质量浓度Ⅰ组明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);瘤胃的pH值Ⅰ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);丙酸含量Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);与其他指标不同,内毒素与组织胺的水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,东北梅花鹿采食以玉米秸叶和柞树叶为粗纤维来源的日粮均可以保持正常的营养摄入,同时能够保持瘤胃内环境的相对稳定。但采食柞树叶为粗纤维来源的日粮对东北梅花鹿瘤胃的发酵和营养需求更为适宜。To investigate the effect of different crude fiber(corn stalk and leaves and oak leaf)diets on rumen internal environment of northeast Sika deer,203-year-old male deer were divided into two treatment groupsⅠandⅡ,each treatment group was divided into two repeated groups,five deer in each group.The pre-feeding period was 1week,and the trial period was 2weeks.The rumen environment indexes such as bacterial protein(BCP)and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),rumen pH value,propionic acid,endotoxin and histamine were determined.The results showed that BCP and NH3-N of groupⅠwere significantly higher than those in groupⅡ(P<0.01);pH value of rumen in groupⅠwas lower than that in groupⅡ,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);propionic acid content in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in groupⅡ(P<0.01);there was almost no significant difference in the concentration of endotoxin and histamine(P>0.05).The results indicated that the crude fiber diets with corn stalk and leaves and oak leaves can maintain the normal intake of nutrients and the relative stability of rumen environment of northeast Sika deer.However,it is more suitable for the rumen fermentation and nutritional requirements of the northeast Sika deer to eat the diet with oak leaves as crude fiber source.
