摘　　要：日本乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)属于黄病毒科,黄病毒属,为单股正链RNA病毒。JEV可引起人畜共患的急性中枢神经系统传染病,威胁着人类健康和养殖业的发展。JEV最主要的致病机制是感染中枢神经系统,引起病毒性脑炎和神经元死亡。现就近年来关于JEV感染中枢神经系统过程中,病毒跨越血脑屏障的途径、病毒感染引起的血脑屏障损伤、病毒引起的细胞凋亡的研究进行综合论述,为JEV致病机制以及防制研究提供参考。Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)belongs to the Flaviviridae family,Flavivirus genus,and is a single-stranded positive-strand RNA virus.JEV can cause acute central nervous system infectious diseases that are zoonotic,threatening human health and the development of aquaculture.The main pathogenic mechanism of JEV is to infect the central nervous system,causing viral encephalitis and neuronal death.In this article,we have comprehensively discussed the research in recent years on the path of JEV crossing the blood-brain barrier during the infection of the central nervous system,the damage to the blood-brain barrier caused by viral infection,and the cell apoptosis caused by viruses,which provide references for pathogenic mechanism and prevention research of JEV.
