摘 要:目的调查中蒙边境塔克什肯口岸地区鼠疫流行动态,为鼠疫防控提供风险预警。方法2020年4-8月,在塔克什肯口岸地区5个监测点,采用1日弓形夹、夹线法捕鼠,用胶体金免疫层析、上转磷光免疫层析、间接血凝试验、反向间接血凝试验、酶联免疫吸附试验检测鼠疫菌F1抗体和F1抗原。结果在塔克什肯口岸花海子监测点的鼠洞、旱獭洞中捕获到7只林鼬,用胶体金免疫层析和上转磷光免疫层析法检出7只林鼬鼠疫菌F1抗体阳性,用间接血凝试验和酶联免疫吸附试验检测到5只林鼬鼠疫菌F1抗体阳性,阳性率为71.4%。结论首次从中蒙边境塔克什肯口岸地区林鼬中检出鼠疫菌F1抗体,提示该地区存在鼠间鼠疫流行。Objective To investigate the plague epidemic at Takeshken port on the China-Mongolia border,and provide risk warning for plague prevention and control.Methods From April to August 2020,the rodents were captured by one-day arch clamp and thread clamp method at five surveillance sites in Takeshken port area.Colloid gold immunochromatography,up-converting phosphor immunochromatography,indirect blood coagulation test,reverse indirect blood coagulation test and ELISA were used to detect Yersinia pestis F1 antibody and F1 anstigen.Results A total of seven Mustela putorius were captured in rat and marmot residents at the Huahaizi surveillance site at Takshken port.seven Mustela putorius were positive for Yersinia pestis F1 antibody by colloid gold immunochromatography and up-converting phosphor immunochromatography,and five were positive by indirect blood coagulant test and ELISA,with a positive rate of 71.4%.Conclusion It is the first time to detect Yersinia pestis F1 antibody in Mustela putorius at Takeshken port of China-Mongolia border,indicating the plague epidemic among rodents in this area.
