摘  要:目的:探讨多学科支持下的运动处方干预对老年糖尿病伴肌肉减少症患者的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2018年1月—2019年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院长期合作的6个社区卫生服务中心选取60岁以上的糖尿病伴肌肉减少症患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施多学科支持下的运动处方干预,干预周期12周。比较两组实验室指标、四肢运动功能及糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评分的差异。结果:干预后观察组患者糖化血红蛋白(5.38±0.67)%,DSQL评分(76.35±5.48)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-9.964、-5.113;P<0.05);血清白蛋白(35.81±1.86)g/L,四肢运动功能得分(88.94±7.02)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为5.860、2.501;P<0.05)。结论:多学科支持下的运动处方干预能帮助老年糖尿病伴肌肉减少症患者改善患者血糖控制、生活质量、骨骼肌质量和功能。Objective To explore the effect of exercise prescription intervention with multidisciplinary support on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by sarcopenia.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 84 patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by sarcopenia over 60 years old were selected from 6 community health service centers that had long-term cooperation with the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to September 2019.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group implemented exercise prescription intervention with multidisciplinary support on the basis of the control group,and the intervention period was 12 weeks.The differences in laboratory indexes,limb motor function and Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale(DSQL)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,glycosylated hemoglobin(5.38±0.67)%and DSQL score(76.35±5.48)of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-9.964,-5.113;P<0.05).After intervention,serum albumin(35.81±1.86)g/L and limb motor function score(88.94±7.02)of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.860,2.501;P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise prescription intervention with multidisciplinary support can help elderly patients with diabetes mellitus accompanied by sarcopenia to improve their blood sugar control,quality of life and skeletal muscle quality and function.
