基于微信平台的延续性护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择2017年6月—2018年6月在郑州大学第二附属医院诊断为卵巢癌且接受手术治疗即将出院的患者82例为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组出院时给予常规指导,观察组在对照组的基础上出院后给予基于微信平台的延续性护理。比较干预前后两组患者的依从性,焦虑、抑郁情况和生活质量。结果:观察组患者术后3个月的认知度及依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后3个月的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月的生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延续性护理可改善卵巢癌术后患者的心理状况,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in patients after ovarian cancer surgery.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,convenience sampling was used to select 82 patients who were diagnosed with ovarian cancer and about to be discharged after surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research object.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was given regular guidance when discharged from the hospital,and observation group was given continuous nursing based on the WeChat platform after discharge on the basis of control group.We compared the compliance,anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients between two groups before and after intervention.Results The cognition and compliance scores of observation group were higher than those of control group three months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of patients in observation group at three month after surgery were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of observation group was better than that of control group at 6 months after surgery,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can improve the psychological condition and quality of life of patients after ovarian cancer surgery.
