摘　　要：目的:分析赋能心理护理干预对癫痫患儿直接照顾者负性情绪、心理韧性及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9—12月安徽省儿童医院神经内科收治的150例癫痫患儿的直接照顾者150名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=74)和试验组(n=76),对照组给予常规心理护理,试验组给予赋能心理护理,比较两组患儿直接照顾者的负性情绪、心理韧性、生活质量。结果:干预后试验组患儿直接照顾者的SAS、SDS得分均低于对照组,WHO生活质量测定量表、成人心理弹性量表得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赋能心理护理能改善癫痫患儿直接照顾者的心理状态,提高其心理韧性和生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of empowerment psychological care intervention on the negative emotions,mental toughness and quality of life of the direct caregivers of children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 150 direct caregivers of 150 children with epilepsy in the Department of Neurology,Anhui Provincial Children's Hospital from September to December 2019 were recruited,and divided in to control group(n=74)and experimental group(n=76)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional psychological nursing,while the experimental group was given empowerment psychological care.The negative mood,mental toughness and quality of life of the direct caregivers were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Anxiety Self-Rating Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of the WHO Quality of Life Assessment Instrument(WHOQOL-100)and the Psychological Resilience Scale(RSA)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Empowerment psychological care can significantly improve the mental state of the direct caregivers of children with epilepsy and improve their mental toughness and quality of life.
