基于职业导向的航空旅游专业实践教学课程建设研究——以民航旅客运输课程为例

摘　　要：以职业化人才培养为目标,建设高水平的专业实践教学课程,是提升教育教学质量,培养实践能力强、综合素质高的应用型复合人才的重要举措。本研究以旅游管理(民航业订制培养)专业为例,对民航旅客运输课程进行了基于职业导向的专业实践教学课程探索,提出了“校企行”合作增设实践训练项目、校内民航虚拟仿真系统与校外实训相结合、课程考核以“课证融通”为评价支持等教学经验,以实现完善航空旅游人才培养的实践教学体系,提升航空旅游人才的职业实践技能。It is an important measure to improve the quality of education and teaching,to cultivate the applied compound talents with strong practical ability and high comprehensive quality.Taking the tourism management(civil aviation industry customization training)as an example,this paper explores the professional practice teaching course of civil aviation passenger transportation based on professional orientation,some teaching experiences are put forward,such as setting up practical training project in cooperation between school and enterprise,combining civil aviation virtual simulation system in school with off-campus practical training,and course assessment supported by“integration of courses and certificates”,in order to realize the consummation aviation tourism talented person raise practice teaching system,promotes the aviation tourism talented person's occupation practice skill.
