摘　　要：作为日本第一块殖民地的中央银行,台湾银行以台湾为据点,不断向外进行金融渗透,成为日本在海外日资银行的代表。纵观台湾银行发展历程,第二代总裁柳生一义是其中的关键人物。在掌舵台银长达15年的时间里,柳生一义运用个人权威,推行扩张政策,使台银“海外银行化”,在中国华南及长江流域、南洋、欧美等世界金融重地设立分行,构建起覆盖地区颇广的金融网,成为日本向“华南南洋”展开侵略的金融协力者和殖民扩张的工具。柳生对台湾银行的掌控,使其成为日据台湾时期举足轻重的金融人物。As the Central Bank of Japan's first colony,the Bank of Taiwan(BOT),taking Taiwan as its stronghold,continuously infiltrated its financial influence into the outside world,becoming the representative of Japan's overseas Japanese-funded banks.Throughout the development of the Bank of Taiwan,Kazuyoshi Yagyu,the second generation president,is the key figure to determine its fate.During his 15 years at the helm of the BOT,Yagyu used his personal authority to carry out the expansion policy and made the bank"overseas banking".He set up branches in South China,the Yangtze River Basin,Nanyang,Europe and the United States and other important financial regions in the world,building a wide financial network covering a wide area.As a result,he became the financial partner of Japan's aggression against"South China and Southeast Asia"and the tool of colonial expansion.In fact,Yagyu's control over the BOT made him an important financial figure during the period of Japanese occupation of Taiwan.
