摘  要:孟加拉帕德玛大桥主桥为7联41孔跨度150 m的钢-混结合连续梁桥,铁路桥面为钢纵梁与预制混凝土桥面板组合体系,预制桥面板安装在纵梁顶面。由于铁路桥面纵梁及预制桥面板数量多,且受施工环境制约,从主要机械设备、架设工效、优缺点、施工难易程度、经济性等方面,对3种架设方案进行比选,最终采用165 t浮吊架设铁路桥面纵梁和预制桥面板组合构件。组合构件标准节间由4根纵梁和9块预制桥面板组成,总重约1100 kN,在平板运输驳船上组拼;平板运输驳运送至待架孔位处定位,采用不对称方式吊装组合构件,通过收放浮吊锚绳调整浮吊位置,利用钢桁梁上弦顶面未设置临时上平联的节间下放。组合构件架设时,通过支座高差调整措施、纵梁与支座不密贴调整措施、纵梁横向偏位调整措施,有效保证组合构件安装精度。The main bridge of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is a steel-concrete composite girder bridge with 41 spans of 150 m that are arranged in seven continuous units.The railway deck consists of stringers acting compositely with precast concrete slabs.The main construction constraints of the railway deck were the large amounts of stringers and concrete slabs as well as the aggressive environment.Three erection schemes were compared from aspects of equipment needed,erection efficiency,benefits and disadvantages,construction complexities and economy.The 165 t-capacity floating crane was considered proper for the erection of composite elements of stringers and precast concrete slabs.A typical composite element comprises four stringers and nine precast concrete slabs,with a total weight of 1100 kN.The composite element was first assembled on a flat-top barge,then,the flat-top barge left for the destination span for erection.The composite elements were erected in an asymmetrical manner.The locations of the floating crane were adjusted by pulling and releasing the steel ropes,and the composite element was lowered from where the steel truss girder did not have temporary top lateral bracing between the upper chords.The installation accuracy of the composite elements was effectively controlled by adjusting the elevation difference of bearings,the connection of stringers and bearings,and the lateral displacement of stringers.
