文化语言学视域下的“舟”与中国舟船文化

摘　　要：主要从文化语言学视域这一角度,解读汉字“舟”与中国舟船文化。首先从汉字的构形、造字理据出发,对“舟”部字群中的代表汉字进行了分析,这些汉字有的是表示船上的某个部位,有的是表示某种船只的类型,有的则与船只的特点和功能密切相关。从其成字的时代顺序、字义的逐步扩展,可以看出中国造船技术、船只种类与功能等的不断发展与丰富。其次,在“舟”的物质基础上衍生出许多属于精神层面的语言文化现象,如成语、俗语、古代诗词意象等,从中折射出“天人合一”的文化观念、积极入世的儒家思想、超然物外的道家精神、多元化的审美情趣等。由此可见,“舟”是人类文明的重要象征,在“舟”字中蕴含着中国传统文化一以贯之的特质。This article interprets character“zhou(舟)”and Chinese boat culture mainly from cultural linguistic perspective.Firstly,it analyzes the representative characters of radicals“zhou(舟)”based on the configuration and reason of formation of character.Some characters stand for certain parts of the boat,some stands for certain types of the boat,and some are closely related to the characteristics and functions of the boat.The time sequence of the character appearance and the expansion of the character meanings show us the development and enrichment of Chinese boat building technique,boat types and functions.Secondly,many language and cultural phenomena that developed from the boat like Chinese idiom,proverbs and traditional Chinese poems and images reflects the cultural concept of Harmony of Human and Nature,Confucianism,Taoism and multiple aesthetic taste in traditional Chinese culture.Therefore,boat is a symbol of human civilization and the character“zhou(舟)”contains the consistent feature of traditional Chinese culture.
