摘 要:研究了真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型工艺中导流网的导流线、面密度、渗透率及加工方式对树脂流动行为的影响。结果表明,导流网面密度相同时,树脂流道所在平面与经纬线接触点的距离大,有利于树脂的流动;导流经纬线直径相同时,低面密度有利于树脂的流动;导流网的渗透率是影响树脂流动的主要因素,渗透率增加,树脂流速增加,能够有效缩短产品的生产周期;编织导流网的渗透率小于挤压导流网,编织导流网适合复杂曲面、小尺寸产品的生产,挤压导流网适合形状简单、大尺寸产品的生产。The effects of diversion line,areal density,permeability and processing method on resin flow behavior in vacuum assisted resin transfer molding were studied.The results show that when the areal density of the flow medium is the same,the distance between the plane where the resin flow channel is located and the contact point of the warp and weft line is large,which is conducive to the resin flow;when the diameter of the diversion line is the same,the low areal density is conducive to the resin flow;the permeability of the flow medium is the main factor affecting the resin flow,and the increase of the permeability and the resin flow rate can effectively shorten the production cycle of the product;The results show that the permeability of braided flow guide net is less than that of extrusion flow guide net.The braided flow guide net is suitable for the production of complex curved surface and small-size products,while the extrusion flow guide net is suitable for the production of simple and large-size products.
