摘  要:针对模板用304不锈带钢多依赖进口,急需实现国产化的现状,太原钢铁(集团)有限公司对其进行了研发。该品种需满足一定的表面硬度及表面粗糙度要求。通过理论分析及现场实践,采用加工硬化及细晶强化的措施来提高304不锈带钢的硬度,当采用20%~40%的冷轧变形量,以及800~1000℃退火温度时,可消除304不锈带钢铁磁性且满足不同表面硬度的需求。当冷轧单位压力小于2400 MPa时,带钢表面粗糙度随着单位压力的增大而减小;冷轧单位压力大于2600 MPa时,带钢表面粗糙度随着单位压力的增大而增大,冷轧单位压力为2400~2600 MPa时,带钢表面粗糙度最小,为0.2μm。In view of the fact that 304 stainless steel strip for formwork is dependent on import and needs to be domesticated urgently,it was researched and developed in TISCO.This kind of product should meet certain requirements of surface hardness and surface roughness.Through theoretical analysis and field practice,the hardness of 304 stainless steel strip was improved by work hardening and fine grain strengthening measures,and the ferromagnetism of 304 stainless steel could be eliminated and different surface hardness could be satisfied when 20%-40%cold rolling deformation and 800-1000℃annealing temperature were used.When the unit pressure of cold rolling was less than 2400 MPa,the surface roughness of strip decreased with the increase of unit pressure;When the unit pressure of cold rolling was more than 2600 MPa,the surface roughness of strip increased with the increase of unit pressure;When the unit pressure of cold rolling is 2400-2600 MPa,the strip surface roughness was the smallest,which is 0.2μm.
