摘  要:针对首钢京唐1 420 mm连退机组高速运行时清洗段电解清洗槽漏液的问题,分析其产生原因是由于挤干辊与槽体间不能完全密封,带钢在高速运行时会将碱液带起并产生泡沫,从挤干辊和槽体间溢出而造成漏液。为此,从电解清洗槽液位控制和挤干辊与电解清洗槽连接部位结构改进两个方面制定了相应措施,通过电解清洗槽内碱液液位控制优化、消泡剂添加时间控制优化、以及设计采用特殊的可移动式机械密封装置等措施,解决了电解清洗段带钢高速运行时挤干辊与槽体连接部位的漏液问题。In view of the alkaline solution leakage of the electrolytic cleaning tank during the high-speed operation of the Shougang Jingtang 1 420 mm CAL,the cause of the leakage was analyzed to due to the incomplete sealing between the wringing roll and the electrolytic cleaning tank.When the strip was running at high speed, the alkaline solution would be brought up and produce foam, which would overflow from the joint of the wringing roll and the electrolytic cleaning tank.To this end, the corresponding measures had been formulated from control the liquid level of the electrolytic cleaning tank and improvement of the structure of the connecting part between the wringing roll and the electrolytic tank.Through the optimization of the alkaline solution level control in the electrolyzer, the optimization of the adding time control of defoamer, and the design of a special movable mechanical seal device, the problem of alkaline solution leakage at the joint of the wringing roll and the tank during the high speed running of the strip in the electrolytic cleaning section was solved.
