摘  要:介绍了冷轧厂酸洗-轧机联合生产线废边卷取机的主要结构及生产工艺;针对生产过程中废边卷取机出现的废边断带、堆钢,运输过程中卡死等故障,对其产生原因进行了讨论分析,并对液压控制系统、送料机底座、分卷操作连锁控制以及废边卷运输导槽等进行了改进。生产实践表明,采用改进措施后,减少了废边断带,避免了堆钢及运输过程中卡死现象,使废边卷取机能够满足酸连轧产线高速稳定生产的要求。The main structure and production process of waste edge coiler in the pickling and tandem cold mill of cold rolling plant were introduced.In view of the faults such as waste edge broken, stacking and blocking during transportation, the causes were discussed and analyzed, and the hydraulic control system, feeder base, decoiling process interlock control and transport guide groove of waste edge coil were improved.The production practice show that after adopting the improvement measures, the waste edge broken is reduced, and the stacking and blocking phenomenon in the process of transportation are avoided, so that the waste edge coiler can meet the requirements of high-speed and stable production of pickling and continuous rolling line.
