摘  要:为扩大品种范围、提升产品竞争力,成渝钒钛科技有限公司决定在高线产线上开发φ6 mm HRB400E带肋钢筋盘条。设计了带肋钢筋盘条化学成分,通过控轧控冷工艺参数对热轧盘条组织性能影响的相关分析,制定了轧制工艺参数,并研究了不同风冷工艺对其组织性能的影响。结果表明,通过控轧控冷工艺的优化,可以稳定生产出φ6 mm热轧带肋钢筋盘条,盘条微观组织均匀,各项指标均符合国家标准对抗震钢筋的要求;轧后风冷速度对盘条组织性能的影响较大,当冷速过快时钢筋组织中会出现贝氏体,使钢筋出现无屈服平台现象,应采用适当冷速。In order to expand the range of varieties and enhance the competitiveness of products, the φ6 mm HRB400 E ribbed bar coil was decided to developed in the high-speed wire production line in Chengyu Vanadium and Titanium Technology Co.,Ltd.The chemical composition of ribbed bar coil was designed.Through the correlation analysis of the influence of various process parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process on the microstructure and properties of hot rolled ribbed bar coil, the rolling process parameters were formulated, and the influence of different air cooling processes on the microstructure and properties of wire rod was studied.The results show that the microstructure and various properties of wire rod meet the anti-seismic requirements of national standards with the appropriate process parameters.There are great influence of cooling speed after rolling on the microstructure and properties of wire rod.When the cooling rate is too fast, bainite will appear in the structure of the wire rod, which makes wire rod have no yield platform.Therefore, the appropriate cooling rate should be adopted.
