摘　　要：针对超声科医务人员增加带来的排班和考勤工作操作繁琐、易错易漏、难以有效统计等问题,文中提出并开发实现了一套排班考勤系统。该系统基于VBA和Visual C#完成系统设计,利用VBA在Office表格处理方面的高效性和Visual C#在用户界面的友好性和数据可视化性等优势,设计了排班表生成系统、排班表处理系统、考勤管理系统3个子系统,通过排班表格自动实现重班校验、休假判别、工作量自动统计,并结合考勤机实现排班表与考勤数据的匹配,自动生成迟到缺卡报表。经过在超声医学科的测试及应用,结果表明该系统软件操作简捷、运行稳定可靠,排班考勤效率提高了200%。In view of the problems such as tedious operation,easy error and leakage,and difficulty in effective statistics caused by the increase of medical staff in ultrasound department,a set of shift scheduling and attendance system is proposed and implemented in this paper.This system is based on VBA and Visual C#to complete the system design,using VBA in Office form processing efficiency and visual C#in the advantages of user interface friendliness and data visualization,the scheduling table generation system,scheduling table processing system and attendance management system are designed.Through the scheduling table,the system can automatically realize the repeat shift verification,leave discrimination and workload automatic statistics,and combine with the attendance machine to realize the matching between the schedule and attendance data,and automatically generate the late card missing report.After testing and application in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine,the results show that the system software is simple,stable and reliable,and the efficiency of shift scheduling and attendance is increased by 200%.
