摘 要:基于目前土壤温湿度检测及控制通道少,人机交互不友好等问题,研制了一套多通道并行处理的土壤温湿度检测装置。在该装置中,温湿度测量通道数为8个,每个通道由湿度传感器SEN0114和温度传感器DS18B20组成。湿度传感器通过与PCF8591(共2块)连接实现A/D转换,测量数值显示在触摸屏上。通过按键设置温湿度报警值,通过D2822A放大报警信号功率。利用STM32单片机、UCOS操作系统实现多任务的并行处理,每个测量任务具有相同的优先级。基于STemWin进行人机界面的设计,通过任务标志变量TASK_FLAG记录每个任务的状态。装置调试结果表明,系统运行稳定、测量精度高,可应用于土壤温湿度的测量。At present,there are few detection and control channels for soil temperature and humidity,and the human⁃computer interaction is not friendly,in this paper,a set of multi⁃channel parallel processing soil temperature and humidity measurement was studied.The maximum number of measurement channels is 8.Each channel consists of humidity sensor SEN0114 and temperature sensor DS18B20.The humidity sensor achieves A/D conversion by connecting with PCF8591(two pieces in total),and the measured values are displayed on the touch screen.The alarm value of temperature and humidity is set by keys,and the alarm signal power is amplified by D2822A.Multi⁃task parallel processing is realized by STM32 MCU and UCOS operating system.Each measurement task has the same priority.The GUI is designed based on STemWin,and the status of each task is recorded by task flag variable TASK_FLAG.The debugging results show that the system runs steadily and has high measuring accuracy.It can be applied to the measurement of soil temperature and humidity.
