摘　　要：目前,干式喷漆房的有机废气处理一般采用活性炭吸附与催化燃烧设备。本文主要从项目工程的系统性角度出发,对活性炭吸附床的详细机械设计进行理论计算,然后绘制机械设计图纸,指出机械设计与制造过程中需要关注的重点。这对规范设计和制造活性炭吸附床具有指导意义。At present,the treatment of organic waste gas in dry spray booths generally uses activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion equipment.This article mainly starts from the systematic point of view of the project engineering,carries on the theoretical calculation to the detailed mechanical design of the activated carbon adsorption bed,and then draws the mechanical design drawings,and points out the key points that need attention in the mechanical design and manufacturing process.It has guiding significance for the standardized design and manufacture of activated carbon adsorption beds.
