摘　　要：抚河作为抚州市的母亲河,是抚州市社会、经济、文化持续健康发展的重要保障。现阶段,随着《抚州市抚河流域水污染防治条例》的施行,抚州市立足于地区特色,不仅促使水污染治理工作法治化,也积累了一系列较好的经验与做法。但是,从法治建设、政府责任机制、信息公开与公众参与相结合、限期治理等方面来看,实践中仍存在不足。当前,抚州市要努力探索一条适合抚河流域水污染治理的合理途径,切实保护抚河流域的生态环境。As the mother river of Fuzhou City,Fuhe is an important guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of Fuzhou’s society,economy and culture.At this stage,with the implementation of the"Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in the Fuhe River Basin of Fuzhou City",based on regional characteristics,Fuzhou City has not only promoted the legalization of water pollution control work,but has also accumulated a series of good experiences and practices.However,from the perspective of the construction of the rule of law,the government’s responsibility mechanism,the combination of information disclosure and public participation,and time limit governance,there are still shortcomings in practice.At present,Fuzhou City should strive to explore a reasonable approach suitable for water pollution control in the Fuhe River Basin and earnestly protect the ecological environment of the Fuhe River Basin.
