摘　　要：梳理了2017—2019年河北省高新技术企业的发展变化情况,总结了河北省高新技术企业的发展现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了持续扩大投入规模、提升企业的盈利能力、把握历史性机遇及提升高新技术企业的综合素质等对策建议。This paper combs the development and changes of high-tech enterprises in Hebei Province from 2017 to 2019,summarizes the development status of high-tech enterprises in Hebei Province,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for continuously expanding the scale of investment,improving the profitability of enterprises,grasping historical opportunities and improving the comprehensive quality of high-tech enterprises.
