摘　　要：文章设计并实现了一种数字证书签发系统,系统基于硬件USBkey,分为用户管理、证书管理、系统监控等几个模块,提供了对数字证书的签名、生成、导入等各个环节的自动化管理,并创新性结合用户权限管理功能,赋予USBkey对系统访问权限控制的能力。经实践,系统安全可靠、易维护,具有良好的可扩展性。This paper designs and implements a digital certificate issuing system.Based on hardware USBkey,,the system is divided into several modules:user management,certificate management,system monitoring and so on.It provides automatic management of signature,generation and import of digital certificate,and creatively combines the function of user authority management to give USBkey the ability to control system access rights.After practice,the system is safe and reliable,easy to maintain,and has good expansibility.
