摘　　要：科研成果能否迅速、有效、安全地转化为科技生产力,是它能否充分发挥科技创新优势的关键和标志。文章通过研究区块链技术,解决在科研成果转移和转化过程中出现的信息泄露及丢失、转移不畅、联络受阻、服务不到位的问题。致力于构建更安全,更智能的科研成果转换平台。Whether scientific research achievements can be quickly,effectively and safely transformed into scientific and technological productivity is the key and symbol of whether it can give full play to the advantages of scientific and technological innovation.Through the study of block chain technology,this paper aims to solve the problems of information leakage and loss,poor transfer,blocked contact and inadequate service in the process of scientific research achievements transfer and transformation.We are committed to building a more secure and intelligent platform for the transformation of scientific research achievements.
