摘 要:公务员队伍作为我国政治管理中的中坚力量,其选拔方式历来备受关注。在实施公务员考录制度后的二十年中,公务员队伍的能力建设得到了极大的改善和发展,并且在许多方面都发挥了重要作用。但是,由于许多外部因素对特定过程的影响,以及对公务员审核、录取过程的科学性和公正性的怀疑,在某些方面仍需要改进。结合这些问题,本文简单分析了原因并提出对应的解决措施,希望能对完善公务员考试录用制度提供一点思路。As the backbone of my country's political management,civil servants have always been concerned about their selection methods.In the twenty years since the implementation of the civil service examination system,the capacity building of the civil service team has been improved and developed,and it has played an important role in many aspects.However,due to the high employment pressure affecting people's value orientation to a certain extent,there are still imperfections in China's civil service examination system.Combining these problems,this article simply analyzes the reasons and proposes corresponding solutions,trying to provide some ideas for perfecting the civil service examination and employment system.
