摘 要:目的调查男护士工作形塑行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法于2020年4—6月,采用整群抽样法,选取河南省10所三级医院250名男护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、工作形塑量表、一般自我效能量表(GSES)对其进行调查。采用单因素方差分析、多重线性回归分析对男护士工作形塑行为的影响因素进行分析。本研究共发放问卷250份,有效回收231份,有效回收率为92.4%。结果231名男护士工作形塑量表总分为(57.54±8.41)分;多因素分析结果显示,年龄、学历、个人月收入、自我效能是男护士工作形塑行为的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论男护士工作形塑行为处于中等水平,其中年龄、学历、个人月收入、自我效能水平对其有影响。医院管理者应根据工作形塑行为的影响因素,从组织层面为男护士提供支持,提高其工作形塑行为水平。Objective To explore the job crafting behavior of male nurses and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From April to June 2020,cluster sampling was used to select 250 male nurses from 10 ClassⅢhospitals in Henan Province as the research object.Nurses were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,Job Crafting Scale and the General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES).Single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of male nurses'job crafting behavior.A total of 250 questionnaires were issued in this study,and 231 questionnaires were effectively returned,with an effective recovery rate of 92.4%.Results Among 231 male nurses,the total score of the Job Crafting Scale was(57.54±8.41).Multivariate analysis showed that age,educational background,personal monthly income,and self-efficacy were the main influencing factors of male nurses'job crafting behavior with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Male nurses'job crafting behavior is at a medium level,and age,education,personal monthly income,as well as self-efficacy have an impact on it.Hospital managers should provide support for male nurses at the organizational level according to the influencing factors of job crafting behavior so as to improve their work shaping behavior level.
