摘  要:运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研等方法,基于运动员长期发展模型理论和深化体教融合改革的新时代背景,探讨我国青少年足球人才长期发展的实施路径。通过借鉴LTAD构建原理,依据足球专项选材、训练、竞赛特点,基于我国青少年足球发展现状,从足球青训哲学、年龄阶段划分、能力要素分布、阶段目标拟定、体教融合举措以及促进学训平衡等方面创新性提出我国青少年足球人才长期发展的实施路径。实施路径的提出有利于我国教育和体育主管部门在深化体教融合的新时代背景下,促进双方在青少年足球长期发展上的理念认知高度一致,工作执行合力共举,以期进一步推动我国青少年足球工作的长期可持续发展。Based on the theory of the Long-Term Athlete Development Model(LTAD)and the new era background of deepening the reform of sports and education integration in China,this paper discusses the implementation path of the long-term development of Chinese youth football talents by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,and field research.Based on the construction principle of LTAD,according to the characteristics of football special selection,training and competition,and based on the current situation of Chinese youth football development,this paper puts forward the implementation path of Chinese youth football talents’long-term development from the aspects of football youth training philosophy,age stage division,ability element distribution,stage goal formulation,sports education integration measures and promoting the balance of learning and training.The proposed implementation path is conducive to the education and sports authorities in China in the context of deepening the integration of sports and education in the new era,which promotes the two sides in the concept of long-term development of youth football cognition to be of a high degree of consistency and work together to further promote the long-term sustainable development of China’s youth football work.
