日常生活批判理论视域下体育对积极健康文明生活方式的建构之道

摘　　要：不良生活方式成为威胁现代人健康的主要隐患,健康文明生活方式的建构对全民健康意义重大。通过文献梳理,对健康文明生活方式的实质及新时代积极健康文明生活方式的内涵进行阐释。以列斐伏尔的日常生活批判理论为基础,分析我国民众不良生活方式的成因,认为国民在饮食方式、休闲方式、交往方式中的不良行为是资本全面侵入日常生活的结果,抵抗生活异化需要进行生活方式革命和培育积极健康文明的生活方式。身体具有的能动性和本真性成为生活方式革命的起点,从时间—空间—节日3个维度论证体育构建积极健康文明生活方式的理论基础,并指出体育与日常活动的全面融合构成培育积极健康文明生活方式的现实路径。The unhealthy lifestyle has become the main hidden danger threatening the health of modern people,and the construction of healthy and civilized lifestyle is of great significance to the health of the whole people.This research interprets the essence of healthy and civilized lifestyle and the connotation of active,healthy and civilized lifestyle in the new era through document review.Based on Lefebvre’s Critique of Everyday Life,this article analyzes the causes of the unhealthy lifestyles of the Chinese people.According to the research,the bad behaviors of the citizens in the way of diet,leisure and social interaction are all the result of the capital invading the daily life comprehensively.To resist the alienation of life,a lifestyle revolution should be carried out to cultivate active,healthy and civilized lifestyle.The initiative and authenticity of the body become the starting point of the lifestyle revolution.This paper demonstrates the theoretical basis for sports to construct active,healthy and civilized lifestyle from the three dimensions of time,space and festival,and points out that the comprehensive integration of sports and daily activities constitutes the realistic path of cultivating active,healthy and civilized lifestyle.
