体教融合背景下日本乒乓球后备人才培养模式与启示

摘　　要：在我国深化体教融合、促进青少年健康发展的新时代背景下,探讨日本乒乓球后备人才培养模式对于拓宽我国乒乓球后备人才培养路径、促进运动员的全面发展具有很强的现实意义。研究发现在国家和社会的外部环境支撑下,日本依托学校,通过一条龙的梯队建设、一体化的学训方式、系统的竞赛体系、层层的选拔机制等举措共同构成了竞技乒乓球后备人才培养全过程。借鉴日本的成功经验,提出积极营造良好的外部环境、推进乒乓球进校园、优化乒乓球后备人才选材方式、完善青少年乒乓球赛事体系等策略,旨在促进我国体教有机融合,推动我国乒乓球后备人才竞技能力和文化教育共同发展。In the new era of China’s deepening the integration of sports and education and promoting the health development of young people,it is of strong practical significance to explore the Japanese table tennis reserve talent training mode for broadening the training path of China’s table tennis reserve talents and promoting the overall development of athletes.The research shows that with the support of the external environment of the country and society,Japan relies on schools to construct the whole process of training Japanese table tennis reserve talents through one-stop echelon construction,integrated learning and training methods,systematic competition system,layered selection mechanism and other measures.The research draws on the successful experience of Japan and puts forward the following measures so as to promote the organic integration of sports and education in China and promote the joint development of the competitive ability of China’s table tennis reserve talents and cultural education:to actively create a good external environment,to popularize table tennis among schools,to optimize the selection method of table tennis reserve talents and to improve the youth table tennis competition system.
