摘 要:目的探讨T2DM患者不同运动方式后静息能量代谢(REE)特点及其关影响因素。方法选取2018年5月至2020年4月于郑州大学第二附属医院内分泌科住院的T2DM患者150例,将研究对象分为短期持续步行训练(CWT)、短期间歇步行训练(IWT)和长期间歇步行训练(LIWT),每组各50例。监测运动干预前后HbA_(1)c、FIns、BMI、全身质量(TBM)、脂肪质量(FM)、体脂率等临床指标。用代谢分析仪采集氧耗量(VO_(2))和二氧化碳产生量(VCO_(2)),根据Weir公式计算REE。比较各运动方式干预前后REE变化。依据运动前后REE变化将研究对象分为REE下降组、不变组、升高组,分析引起REE变化的相关因素。结果各运动方式干预前后REE比较,差异无统计学意义。REE下降组运动后BMI、TBM、FM较运动前均降低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,REE与BMI、TBM、FM呈正相关(r=0.899、0.898、0.864,P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者不同运动方式干预前后REE差异均无统计学意义。BMI、TBM、FM降低,REE随之降低,T2DM患者REE与BMI、TBM、FM呈正相关。Objective To explore the resting energy expenditure(REE)of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)after different ways of walking,and investigate its influencing factors.Methods 150 T2DM patients hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected during May.2018-Apr.2020.The subjects were divided into three groups,each with 50 cases,who participated in short-term continuous walking training(CWT),short-term interval walking training(IWT)and long-term interval walking training(LIWT).Clinical indicators such as HbA_(1)c,FIns,BMI,total body mass(TBM),fat mass(FM),and fat percentage(FP.)before and after exercise intervention were recorded.A metabolic analyzer was used to collect oxygen consumption(VO_(2))and carbon dioxide production(VCO_(2)).According to Weir formula REE,the resting energy metabolism was evaluated.Based on the changes in REE before and after exercise,the subjects were divided into three groups:REE decreased group,unchanged group,and increased group.We tried to analyze the related factors that caused the changes in REE.Results Different walking modes had no significantly differences in REE before and after the exercise intervention.The levels of BMI,TBM and FM in REE decline group were lower after exercise(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that REE is significantly correlated with BMI,TBM and FM(r=0.899,0.898,0.864,P<0.05).Conclusion REE is not affected by exercise intervention training in T2DM patients.The value of REE was positively correlated with BMI,TBM and FM.
