中药序贯疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药序贯疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕的疗效及对性激素水平的影响。方法:将多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组定期口服来曲唑治疗;治疗组给予中药序贯疗法治疗;两组均以1个月经生理周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组总有效率63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清P、E2、T、LH浓度均较治疗前改善(P﹤0.05);且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分、子宫内膜厚度及排卵率、受孕率较治疗前均有改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用中药序贯疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕疗效确切,优于口服来曲唑治疗;对血清P、E2水平的影响也优于对照组。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of Chinese herbal medicine on anovulatory infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome and the effect on level of sex hormones.Methods:60 cases of patients with anovulatory infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated regularly with oral letrozole,while the treatment group was treated by sequential therapy of Chinese herbal medicine.For both groups,1 menstrual physiological cycle as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 63.33%(19/30)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the concentrations of serum P,E2,T and LH of treatment group were improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of treatment group were improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of Chinese herbal medicine on anovulatory infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome is definite,and better than that of oral letrozole.The effect of treatment group on serum P and E2 levels is better than that of control group.
