泄浊益肾方治疗湿浊中阻型慢性肾脏病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察泄浊益肾方治疗湿浊中阻型慢性肾脏病的疗效及对中医证候与肾功能的影响。方法:选取80例湿浊中阻型慢性肾脏病3~4期患者,按随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组联合泄浊益肾方治疗。疗程均为4周。评估两组疗效和安全性;比较两组治疗前后中医证候及血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(UA)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率97.50%,较对照组85.00%明显增加(P﹤0.05);两组患者中医证候均显著改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组患者BUN、Scr、UA、GFR水平均较治疗前改善(P﹤0.05);且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论:泄浊益肾方在湿浊中阻型慢性肾脏病3~4期患者中具有较高疗效及安全性,其既能有效改善患者中医证候,还能降低肾功能指标。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Yishen recipe on chronic kidney disease with turbid damp obstructing in middle-JIAO syndrome and effect on TCM syndrome and renal function.Methods:80 cases of selected patients with 3rd-4th stage of chronic kidney disease of turbid damp obstructing in middle-JIAO type were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Xiezhuo Yishen decoction.The efficacy and safety were evaluated in two group.TCM syndromes,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR),blood uric acid(UA)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,in both groups,TCM syndromes of patientsts were significantly improved,and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05);the levels of BUN,Scr,UA and GFR of patients were improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Xiezhuo Yishen recipe has higher efficacy and safety on patients with 3rd-4th stage of chronic kidney disease of turbid damp obstructing in middle-JIAO type,which can not only effectively improve TCM syndrome of patients,but also reduce the renal function indexes at the same time.
