复方天麻降压颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方天麻降压颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压阴虚阳亢型患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的原发性高血压阴虚阳亢型患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组予缬沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服复方天麻降压颗粒。治疗8周后,观察两组患者的血压情况以及心率变异性(HRV)变化。结果:治疗后两组患者的SBP、DBP均较治疗前下降(P﹤0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后两组患者的SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD及PNN50水平较治疗前均上升(P﹤0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:复方天麻降压颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压阴虚阳亢型的疗效明确,能明显降低患者SBP、DBP,提高心率变异性。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Tianma Jiangya granule and valsartan on essential hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.Methods:80 cases of patients with essential hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,while the treatment group was treated plus with compound Tianma Jiangya granule on the basis of control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of blood pressure and heart rate variability(HRV)of patients were observed in two groups.Results:After treatment in two groups,SBP and DBP of patients were lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P﹤0.05);the levels of SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD and PNN50 of patients were higher than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was higher than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of compound Tianma Jiangya granule and valsartan on essential hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome is definite,which can significantly lower SBP and DBP of patients,and enhance the heart rate variability of patients.
