摘　　要：稷山板枣发展历经千年,不仅成为一种具有特色的支柱产业,还带动了当地经济的快速发展。基于先民们在板枣生产过程中积累的大量技术经验,山西稷山板枣生产系统已得到逐步完善。2019年6月,被成功入选到中国全球重要农业文化遗产预备名录中。通过分析山西稷山板枣生产系统的发展现状及面临的挑战,对当前山西稷山板枣生产系统的保护与发展提出了参考对策与建议。Based on a large number of technical experience in the production process,a complete production system of jujube was formed in Jishan.It was successfully selected into the global preparatory list of important agricultural heritage in June,2019.This paper discussed the current situation and challenges of Banzao production system in Jishan,and puts forward reference countermeasures and suggestions for the conservation and development of Jishan Banzao production system.
