皮内针联合桃花膏贴敷疗法在急性痛风性关节炎中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察皮内针联合桃花膏贴敷疗法在急性痛风性关节炎中的疗效。方法80例急性痛风性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。两组均予基础护理,治疗组同时给予皮内针治疗联合桃花膏外敷患处。比较两组治疗前后关节视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、功能障碍、肿胀评分及血尿酸(UA)水平,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组关节VAS、功能障碍、肿胀评分分别为(0.55±0.11)、(0.42±0.16)、(0.34±0.25)分,UA水平为(405.15±92.11)μmol/L,均低于对照组的(1.28±0.21)分、(0.84±0.21)分、(0.87±0.41)分、(476.63±81.25)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性痛风性关节炎治疗中,运用皮内针联合桃花膏贴敷疗法,可明显的减轻受累关节疼痛、肿胀及功能障碍,降低UA水平,获得较好的治疗疗效,效果理想。Objective To observe the efficacy of intradermal acupuncture combined with Taohua plaster in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients acute gouty arthritis were divided into treatment group and control group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received basic nursing,and the treatment group received intradermal acupuncture combined with Taohua plaster.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,dysfunction,swelling score and uric acid before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score,dysfunction score and swelling score and UA of the treatment group were(0.55±0.11)points,(0.42±0.16)points,(0.34±0.25)points and(405.15±92.11)μmol/L,which were lower than(1.28±0.21)points,(0.84±0.21)points,(0.87±0.41)points and(476.63±81.25)μmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.50%of the research group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,combination of intradermal acupuncture and Taohua plaster can significantly reduce the pain,swelling and dysfunction of the affected joints,reduce UA level,and obtain better therapeutic effects with ideal results.
