市售两种五谷虫的微性状鉴别

摘　　要：目的研究市售中药五谷虫的微性状特征,为该类中药的微性状鉴别提供科学的理论依据。方法通过查阅资料,对市场上的五谷虫进行调查。根据中药微性状鉴定法,采用手机显微镜,对五谷虫的不同部位进行图像采集,利用所得的高清照片对其微性状特征进行研究分析。结果市售的五谷虫主要有两个基原品种——大头金蝇和舍蝇,它们的体表、前气门及后气门等部位的均有明显鉴别意义的微性状特征。结论利用中药微性状鉴别法能够鉴别中药五谷虫。本实验方法准确度高,操作简便,效率高,为五谷虫的质量评价提供了科学依据。Objective To research the micro-characters of Larva of Chrysomyia sale on the market,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for identifying the micro-characters of this kind of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods The Larva of Chrysomyia sale on the market was investigated by referring to the data.According to the traditional Chinese medicine micromorphological identification method,the images of different parts of Larva of Chrysomyia collected by mobile phone microscope,and the micro-character were studied and analyzed by high-resolution photos obtained.Results The Larva of Chrysomyia sale on the market were mainly two basic species-Chrysomyia megacephala and Musca domestica Vicina Macg,and their body surface,front valve and Larva of Chrysomyia megacephala rear valve had distinct micro-charactes.Conclusion The method of Chinese medicine microcharacter identification can be used to identify Chinese medicine Larva of Chrysomyia megacephala.The experimental method is accurate,simple and efficient,which provides scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Larva of Chrysomyia megacephala.
