银杏叶提取物注射液联合经颅磁刺激治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究银杏叶提取物注射液联合经颅磁刺激治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效。方法收集2018年3—12月本院神经内科收治的阿尔茨海默病患者80例,将其随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各40例。两组均采用银杏叶提取物注射液静脉治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用假性刺激治疗,观察组采用经颅磁刺激治疗。评价两组患者治疗前后认知及行为能力,神经心理症状及疗效。结果治疗前,两组MMSE、ADAS-cog、ADL、NPI和BEHAVE-AD量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组MMSE、ADAS-cog、ADL、NPI和BEHAVE-AD量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),明显高于对照组的67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病采用银杏叶提取物注射液联合经颅磁刺激治疗,提高了患者认知及行为能力,改善了患者神经心理学状况,临床效果显著。Objective To research the clinical efficacy of extract injection of ginkgo leaf combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from March to December 2018 were collected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).Both groups were treated with extract injection of ginkgo leaf intravenously.On this basis,the control group was treated with pseudo-stimulation,while the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation.The cognitive and behavioral abilities,neuropsychological symptoms and therapeutic efficacies of the two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the scales of MMSE,ADAS-cog,ADL,NPI and BEHAVE-AD between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the scale scores of MMSE,ADAS-cog,ADL,NPI and BEHAVE-AD between the observation group and the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of treatment was 92.50%(37/40)in the observation group,which was higher than that of 67.50%(27/40)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Alzheimer's disease with extract injection of ginkgo leaf combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can increase the cognitive and behavioral ability of patients and improve the neuropsychological status of patients with significant clinical efficacies.
