除痹健膝汤治疗40例肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察除痹健膝汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月在湖南中医药大学第二附属医院确诊的80例肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者,并将其随机分为两组。其中治疗组40例患者服用除痹健膝汤进行治疗,对照组40例患者服用藤黄健骨片进行治疗,两组患者均进行1个月的治疗周期。对治疗前后的患者进行VAS评分,Lysholm量表评价和疗效评价,并予以比较。结果治疗后总有效率治疗组为92.5%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分,Lysholm量表及疗效评价治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过服用除痹健膝汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎,能够促进KOA患者疼痛缓解,活动功能改善,具有显著的临床疗效,且优于服用藤黄健骨片治疗KOA。Objective To observe the clinical effect of chubi jianxi decoction on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods A total of 80 patients with KOA of liver and kidney deficiency type diagnosed in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,40 patients in the treatment group were treated with chubi jianxi decoction,while 40 patients in the control group were treated with tenghuang jiangu tablets.Both groups were treated for one month.VAS score,Lysholm scale and curative effect were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate after treatment was 92.5%in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group.Compared the two groups,the effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS score,Lysholm scale and curative effect before and after treatment in each group and between the two groups after treatment,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Chubi Jianxi decoction can promote pain relief and improvement of activity function in KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency,with significant clinical effect,which is better than tenghuang jiangu tablet in treating KOA.
