摘 要:本文对高速铁路混凝土岔枕由于基础弹性变形导致预应力损失进行分析探讨,设计长线生产线反立柱基础弹性变形对预应力损失影响的张拉试验方案。通过MIDAS软件模拟计算以及长线模台多次张拉模拟试验,验证了长线生产线反立柱基础弹性变形对岔枕预应力损失的影响与逐根张拉时张拉力值以及张拉次数有关,逐根张拉张拉力值越大、张拉次数越多,同枕预应力钢丝间张拉力值偏差就越大,整体张拉力值损失也就越大。根据试验结论总结出更适合长线法生产高速铁路预应力混凝土岔枕的张拉技术,并对张拉设备及张拉工艺进行优化改进,以供有关各方参考。In this paper,by analyzing and discussing the prestress loss caused by elastic deformation of the foundation of the concrete switch sleeper in high-speed railway,a tension test plan is designed against the influence of prestress loss caused by the elastic deformation of long-wire production line’s counter-column foundation.Through multiple tension simulation tests of the long-wire-mould workbench and simulation by MIDAS,it is verified that the effect of the elastic deformation of the long-wire production line’s basic counter-column on the pre stress loss of the switch tie is related to the tension value and the number of tensions during the process that applying tension loads on rebar one by one.The increase of the tension or the number of times of tensioning will cause the greater the deviation of tension value between prestressed steel wires in the same sleeper,and the greater the loss of overall tension value.According to the experimental conclusions,the tensioning technology that is more suitable for the production of high-speed railway prestressed concrete turnout sleepers is summarized,the tensioning equipment is optimized,and the tensioning technology is improved for reference by related units in same industry.
