摘 要:硬岩隧道TBM施工壁后填充多采用豆砾石吹填技术,软土盾构多采用同步注浆施工工艺,二者工艺较为成熟。但应用于硬岩隧道中的复合盾构设备不具备豆砾石吹填性能,而传统的同步注浆施工工艺又带来管片上浮、浆液离析、填充不饱满、浆液回流土仓等一系列问题。通过新疆涝坝湾煤矿副平硐工程项目实践,结合实际工况及设备条件,对既有同步注浆工艺进行优化改良,采用干料运输、硐内拌制和分步填充工艺,有效解决了硬岩复合盾构壁后同步填充问题,提升了工效与工程质量,同时亦解决了冬季施工注浆问题。本文就改良后的同步填充技术进行分析总结,以期为后续同类型工程提供参考。Grouting behind shield of TBM in hard rock tunnel often adopts hydraulic filling by pea gravel,meanwhile soft soil shield always uses the way of synchronized grouting.Both ways are mature.However,the composite shield machine in the application of hard rock tunnel does not have the function of hydraulic filling by pea gravel.Meanwhile,the traditional synchronized grouting technique causes many problems,such as upward moving of the tunnel segments,isolation of the slurry,grouting plumpness and back-flowing.After the practicing of the engineering project of Laoba Bay Fupingdong Coal Mine in Xinjiang,and integrating with the reality and the equipment conditions,the author improves the synchronized grouting technique and elevates the project quality and effect,which solves the problems of hard rock composite shield synchronized grouting behind wall by transporting dry material,mixing in caves and grouting step-by-step,also overcomes the question of grouting construction in winter.This article analyzes,summarizes and prospects the improved synchronized grouting technique which would serve as reference and guidance for similar projects.
