聚普瑞锌与枸橼酸铋钾联合三联抗幽门螺杆菌治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨聚普瑞锌、枸橼酸铋钾分别联合三联抗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)方案以及三联抗Hp方案,在治疗Hp阳性胃炎的临床疗效对比。方法纳入156例Hp阳性胃炎患者,随机分为三组,每组52例,观察组A为三联抗Hp联合聚普瑞锌,观察组B为三联抗Hp联合枸橼酸铋钾,对照组为三联抗Hp,比较三组的临床治愈率及Hp清除率。结果观察组A、B的总临床治愈率分别为86.54%、82.69%,明显高于对照组51.92%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组A、B的临床Hp清除率分别为92.31%、88.46%,明显高于对照组67.31%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组A、B两组的总临床治愈率及临床Hp清除率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组A、B和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为1.92%、5.77%和3.85%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论聚普瑞锌、枸橼酸铋钾联合三联抗Hp方案均可提高Hp阳性胃炎患者的临床治愈率及Hp清除率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of polaprezinc,bismuth potassium citrate combined with triple anti-Helicobacter Pylori (Hp) regimen and triple anti-Hp regimen in the treatment of Hp-associated gastritis.Methods A total of 156 patients with Hp-associated gastritis were randomly divided into three groups,52 patients in each group.Observation group A was treated with polaprezinc combined with triple anti-Hp,observation group B was treated with bismuth potassium citrate combined with triple anti-Hp,and the control group was treated with triple anti-Hp.The clinical cure rate and Hp eradication rate of the three groups were compared.Results The total clinical cure rates of observation group A and B were 86.54% and 82.69%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of control group 51.92%,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The eradication rates of Hp in observation group A and B were 92.31% and 88.46%,respectively,which were significantly higher than control group 67.31%,with statistical significance (P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in the total clinical cure rate and the eradication rate of Hp between the observation group A and B (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group A,B and control group were 1.92%,5.77% and 3.85%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Polaprezinc,bismuth potassium citrate combined with triple anti-Hp regimen can improve the clinical cure rate and Hp eradication rate of patients with Hp-associated gastritis,which is worthy of clinical application.
