摘　　要：表皮屏障作为人类表皮的基本生理结构,具有抵御外界微生物侵袭、维持体内环境稳定等作用。糖皮质激素制剂是皮肤性病科应用广泛的外用制剂,不规范地使用可严重破坏局部表皮屏障的结构及功能。本文整理近年来的文献研究,以期从现代医学的角度规范论述糖皮质激素对表皮屏障结构的影响。Epidermal barrier,as the basic physiological structure of human epidermis,plays an important role in resisting the invasion of external microorganisms and maintaining the stability of internal environment.Glucocorticoids preparations are widely used in dermatology department for external use.Irregular use can seriously damage the structure and function of local epidermal barrier.In this paper,we reviewed the recent literatures and discussed the effects of glucocorticoid on the structure of epidermal barrier from the perspective of modern medicine.
