摘  要:目的分析子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限(FGR)患者血清和胎盘氧化应激相关指标的水平及意义。方法选取2015-2016年在江西省妇幼保健院分娩的105例孕妇,分为对照组(正常孕妇40例)、子痫前期组(40例)、联合组(子痫前期合并FGR,25例)。应用ELISA法检测血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)水平,应用硝酸还原酶法检测血清及胎盘一氧化氮(NO)水平,应用Western blot检测胎盘HSP70、iNOS、eNOS蛋白表达。结果3组孕妇血清HSP70、NO、iNOS水平,胎盘NO水平,胎盘HSP70、iNOS、eNOS蛋白水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血清和胎盘HSP70、eNOS、iNOS、NO水平与子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限(FGR)患者发病密切相关。Objective To analyze the levels and significance of serum and placental oxidative stress-related indexes in patients with preeclampsia combined with fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods A total of 105 pregnant women were selected from Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from 2015 to 2016,then they were divided into control group(40 normal pregnant women),preeclampsia group(40 cases),and combined group(preeclampsia combined with FGR,25 cases).ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),inducible nitric oxide synthase(i NOS);nitrate reductase method was used to detect the levels of nitric oxide(NO)in serum and placenta;Western blot was used to detect the expressions of placental HSP70 protein,iNOS protein,and eNOS protein.Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of serum HSP70,NO,iNOS,placental NO,placental HSP70 protein,iNOS protein,and eNOS protein among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum and placental HSP70,NO,iNOS,NO are closely correlated with occurrence of preeclampsia combined with FGR.
