摘　　要：目的分析广西地区先天性心脏病(CHD)围生儿死亡的影响因素,为提高CHD围生儿存活率及改善CHD患儿结局提供依据。方法回顾性分析2003-2015年广西地区CHD死亡围生儿与存活围生儿的基本情况,对其父母进行问卷调查,应用Logistic回归分析法分析CHD围生儿死亡的影响因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:胎龄、新生儿出生体质量、农村户籍、家庭人均月收入、父母文化水平、孕妇孕期发热是CHD围生儿死亡的影响因素。结论加强孕期保健和宣教、改善父母健康状况可降低CHD围生儿死亡风险。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of perinatal death with congenital heart disease(CHD)in Guangxi area,provide a basis for improving survival rate and outcome of CHD perinatal infants.Methods The basic situations of dead and alive perinatal infants in Guangxi area from 2003 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively,their parents were surveyed by a questionnaire,Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of perinatal death with CHD.Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that fetal age,neonatal birth weight,rural registered permanent residence,per capita family monthly income,parental educational levels,maternal fever during pregnancy were influencing factors of perinatal death with CHD.Conclusion Strengthening pregnancy health care,propaganda and education,and improving parental health levels can reduce the risk of perinatal death with CHD.
