摘　　要：近年来,安徽戏曲剧目创作新剧频出,发展态势良好,但也存在无法回避的问题:精品难求、剧种间发展不平衡、人才储备不足、戏曲评论相对滞后等。应从主管机构、剧作家和戏曲创作生态三个层面,采取切实可行的措施,安徽戏曲舞台才会呈现更多佳作。In recent years,the new dramas in Anhui drama creation has appeared frequently,and the development trend is good,but there are also unavoidable problems:difficult to find excellent works,unbalanced development among dramas,insufficient talent reserves,and relatively lagging drama reviews.Practical measures should be taken from the three levels of the competent authority,the playwrights,and the drama creation ecology,so that more outstanding works will be presented on the Anhui drama stage.
