摘　　要：清代名医陈士铎在治疗小儿痘疮方面经验丰富,并在其著作《辨证录》中专立“痘疮门”详述该病之理法方药,陈氏矫正前代医家处方用药动辄寒凉或温补之偏,提出将痘疮从表里、阴阳、气血方面辨证论治。并强调扶助正气与驱邪外出相结合,疏通表里,顾护胃气,且极为重视小儿脏腑娇嫩之特性,组方用药慎之又慎,屡收奇效,多为后世医家借鉴应用。Chen Shiduo,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,has rich experience in the treatment of childhood vaccinia.In his book Syndrome Differentiation Record,he specially set up a“vaccinia gate”to elaborate on the principles,methods and prescriptions of the disease.Chen corrected the frequent cold and cold or warm supplement in the prescriptions of the previous generation of doctors,and proposed to treat vaccinia based on syndrome differentiation from exterior and interior,yin and yang,and qi and blood.It also emphasizes the combination of supporting healthy qi and expelling pathogenic factors,dredging the exterior and interior,caring for the stomach qi,and attaches great importance to the delicate characteristics of children's viscera.It is cautious in prescription and medication,and has achieved remarkable results repeatedly.It is mostly used for reference by later physicians.
