针刺联合独活寄生汤治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺输穴联合独活寄生汤治疗肩周炎临床疗效。方法选取北京市石景山区中医医院门诊60例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用针刺手三阳经输穴联合口服独活寄生汤,针刺每周3次,口服中药每日1剂。对照组采用局部激素封闭治疗,每周封闭1次。2组治疗周期均为3周。观察患者治疗前后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、肩关节活动度,对疗效进行对比。结果治疗后,2组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);2组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组肩关节活动度均较治疗前改善,治疗组肩关节活动度改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺输穴联合独活寄生汤治疗肩周炎与局部激素封闭治疗肩周炎效果相当,针刺输穴联合独活寄生汤治疗肩周炎能明显改善关节活动度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Shu-point combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Sixty patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the three yang meridians of the hand combined with oral Duhuo Jisheng decoction,acupuncture three times a week,one dose per day for oral Chinese medicine.The control group was treated with local hormone blocking therapy,block therapy once a week.The treatment cycle was 3 weeks in both groups.The Constant-Murley shoulder function score and shoulder motion were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,Constant-Murley shoulder function scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the range of motion of shoulder in the two groups was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction is satisfactory,convenient and less painful.
