健脾化瘀汤治疗痰湿凝结型胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟健脾化瘀汤治疗痰湿凝结型胃癌的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在丹东市中医院肿瘤科就诊的痰湿凝结型胃癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取自拟健脾化瘀汤进行治疗。比较2组中医证候积分和生活质量评分。结果试验组胸闷痞满、容易困倦、进食发噎、口中黏腻、纳呆乏力、身重如裹、腹胀便溏各项中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌痰湿凝结型的患者采取自拟健脾化瘀汤进行治疗,可改善中医证候积分,提高临床有效率,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Huayu decoction on the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer due to phlegm and dampness coagulation.Methods Patients with gastric cancer with phlegm dampness congealing type treated in the oncology department of Dandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group(40 cases)received conventional treatment,and the experimental group(40 cases)received self-made Jianpi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huayu decoction is suitable for the treatment of gastric cancer with phlegm and dampness coagulation type.
