针刺治疗阳虚型慢性单纯性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗阳虚型慢性单纯性鼻炎的效果。方法选取沈阳松辽中医院耳鼻咽喉科2018年6月—2019年12月收治的82例阳虚型慢性单纯性鼻炎患者进行研究,按照奇偶数法分组(每组41例)。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用针刺治疗。对比2组临床效果。结果经治疗,观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将针刺用于阳虚型慢性单纯性鼻炎患者的临床治疗,可降低患者的中医证候积分,改善生活质量,提高临床治疗总有效率。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on chronic simple rhinitis of yang deficiency type.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic simple rhinitis with yang deficiency who were treated in the department of otorhinolaryngology from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected for study.They were grouped according to the even-odd method(with 41 cases in each group).The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function,psychological function,social function,and material of the observation group The scores of quality of life indicators such as function were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can be used in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic simple rhinitis with yang deficiency,which can reduce the patient’s symptom score,improve the quality of life,and improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment.
