加味炙甘草汤结合胺碘酮治疗心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮结合加味炙甘草汤治疗心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩的临床效果。方法回顾性分析辽宁中医药大学附属医院2016年9月—2019年5月诊治的108例心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩患者临床资料,并按治疗方案不同进行分组,将单纯采取胺碘酮治疗者设为对照组(n=54),将采取胺碘酮结合加味炙甘草汤治疗者设为研究组(n=54)。就2组患者疗效、心律失常发生率以及治疗前后左心射血分数进行统计学分析并进行比较。结果研究组心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组频发室早、二三联律、短阵室速发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的左心射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮结合加味炙甘草汤治疗心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩的临床效果更佳,可有效降低心律失常发生率,并纠正左心射血分数,可借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with modified Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with frequent ventricular premature contraction after myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with frequent ventricular extrasystole after myocardial infarction who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2016 to may 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans:the control group(n=54)was treated with amiodarone alone and the study group(n=54)was treated with amiodarone combined with modified Zhigancao decoction.The effect of physical therapy,incidence of arrhythmia before and after treatment and left ventricular ejection fraction were analyzed statistically.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of amiodarone combined with modified Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with frequent ventricular premature contraction after myocardial infarction is better,which can effectively reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and correct the left ventricular ejection fraction.
